Our neighborhood HOA is currently in need of a new president.

The current president, Mike Chieffo, is stepping down and we are looking for someone to fill this important role.

Here are some of the specific duties and responsibilities of the HOA president:

  • Preside over board meetings and ensure that the board follows its bylaws and procedures.

  • Enforce the HOA's CC&Rs and take action against homeowners who violate the rules.

  • Manage the association's budget and ensure that the HOA's financial resources are used responsibly.

  • Serve as the primary contact for the HOA's property landscaping and other vendors.

  • Communicate with homeowners about HOA news and events.

Being the HOA president is a volunteer position, but it is an important one. The president plays a vital role in maintaining our neighborhood and ensuring that it is a great place to live.

If you are interested in running for HOA president, please contact Bruce Christopherson at 336-686-1403 or email bchristopherson@outlook.com for more information.

Why is it important to have an HOA president?

An HOA president is important because they provide leadership and guidance to the HOA board and the Tredegar community as a whole. The president is responsible for ensuring that the HOA is run efficiently and effectively, and that the needs of the neighborhood are met.

Without an HOA president, the board would be less effective and the neighborhood would be less likely to thrive. If you are a homeowner in Tredegar,  we encourage you to consider running for president or supporting someone who is qualified for the position.

How can I get involved?

If you are interested in getting involved with the HOA, there are a few things you can do:

  • Attend HOA meetings and learn about the issues that are facing your neighborhood.

  • Volunteer for HOA committees.

  • Run for a position on the HOA board.

  • Get to know your neighbors and build relationships with them.

By getting involved with the HOA, you can help to make Tredegar a better place to live.
